    Job description – Marketing Executive

    As a key member of the Marketing department, you’ll be working alongside other members of the team to drive brand recognition and support the sales process. Your responsibilities will include acting as content editor of both the company website and social media channels. You will also oversee the production of internal and external company materials. You will have a winning attitude, taking a stance for quality in all that you do and be able to confidently communicate with members of the business at all levels whilst constantly striving to develop and improve procedures.

    Key duties and responsibilities:  

    • Drive website conversions with day-to-day management of the website content, SEO and Google Analytics, ensuring that all content is up to date via the website CMS
    • Manage social media presence, consistently driving leads and traffic to the website
    • Production and presentation of regular data analysis with regards to website and social media visitors
    • Support Marketing Manager with the identification and production of content opportunities
    • Ownership of a range of activities to support internal communications, including company presentations and content updates for the company intranet
    • Assist with the successful delivery of both internal and external events, including company days out and client events

    As a key member of the Data Management team, you’ll be working in the central hub of our business, managing the daily data collection and distribution. Data Services Managers maintain key relationships with our Asset Manager clients to ensure the regular delivery of fund information to our database and are responsible for ensuring each group’s data is correctly uploaded onto the database. This role will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of the data systems and technologies that provide the backbone for the company.

    Key duties and responsibilities

    • Liaise with clients and other companies over the telephone and in writing
    • Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner when dealing with clients and enquiries
    • Ensure static data, monthly yield figures, portfolio data and all relevant documents are updated each month for the relevant attributed fund group
    • Perform validation techniques to ensure accuracy of data
    • Assist other internal divisions with data requirements
    • Work with the team to ensure all documentation is up to date.

    What we are looking for

    Essential:

    • A levels (Grade C and above)
    • Microsoft Office literate
    • Office based work experience
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Intermediate or above in Excel
    • Ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

    Desirable:

    • Languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian)
    • University degree 2:1 or above

    The Role

    With a proficiency in the planning and management of big data infrastructure accompanied by expertise in logical and physical database design, you will be ideally suited to work with our growing repository of investment data. Working closely with our Scrum teams, you will be an effective team player with strong problem solving and communication skills capable of dealing with all areas of the business. Existing development experience with C# or familiarity with Azure will be a distinct advantage.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Research and recommend data storage solutions to meet the needs of the business
    • Work with large-scale SQL Server databases
    • Work with the development teams to ensure optimal performance for data access and storage
    • Perform the day-to-day management of database operations including security, backups and other maintenance tasks
    • Recommend and implement automation of processes where possible

    Qualifications

    • Relevant work experience
    • Engineering science or numerate degree desirable

    Knowledge

    • Advanced SQL

    Experience
