    As a key member of the Data Management team, you’ll be working in the central hub of our business, managing the data collection and distribution from our asset management client base, comprising some of the best known names in the industry. Data Services Managers maintain key relationships with our Asset Manager clients to ensure the regular delivery of fund information to our database and are responsible for ensuring each group’s data is correctly uploaded onto the database and available for distribution to the investment industry, usage for regulatory reporting and digital visualisation using our company’s solutions. This role will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of financial services, the investment industry and  the data systems and technologies that provide the backbone for the company.

    Key Duties And Responsibilities: 

    Ensure static data, monthly yield figures, portfolio data and all relevant documents are updated each month for the relevant attributed fund group for which you are responsible, involving:

    • Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner when dealing with clients and enquiries
    • Liaise with asset management clients over the telephone and in writing
    • Perform validation techniques to ensure accuracy of data
    • Assist other functions with data requirements
    • Work with the team to ensure all documentation is up to date.

    Essential experience:

    • A Levels (Grade C and above)
    • Microsoft Office literate
    • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP’s and Macros)
    • Office based work experience
    • Excellent attention to detail

    To support our ambitious growth objectives, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in our London office.

    Role Description:
    As Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be to drive the revenue growth of our business. With a proven background in B2B Financial Services, ideally (but not exclusively) gained within the Asset or Wealth Management sectors you will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities and upselling into an existing territory. Above all you should be results driven and motivated to contribute to our company vision and values.

    Key Duties & responsibilities:

    • Drive incremental revenues from new clients by using range of lead generation techniques
    • Build upon existing client relationships to increase our share of wallet
    • Manage all stages of the sales cycle, showing great attention to detail and quality in all aspects of role
    • Be an evangelist of our business and its solutions within the marketplace
    • Willingness to have open and robust client dialogue to qualify leads, establish budget allocation and timescales to close business
    • Effective pipeline management and use of CRM tool

    Experience:

    Role description:

    We are looking for someone with technical skills (particularly around the Microsoft devops/Azure stack), industry experience and an appreciation of best practice within the field of configuration, release and reliability management.   The ideal candidate will be a proactive evangelist for devops excellence, be a versatile problem solver (including taking a share in building and monitoring the health of services) and be able to step back to consider the bigger picture – working with other stakeholders like QA and InfoSec to ensure what FundsLibrary develops and deploys to the cloud is of sufficient quality, security and consistency and playing a role in continually reviewing and improving the SDLC towards that end.

    Key duties and responsibilities:

    • Assuming ownership for all matters relating to governance and the configuration of our hosting environments (Azure) through processes, template provisioning, pipeline deploys and scripted automation (Azure DevOps/ARM/Powershell)
    • Playing a key role in safeguarding the quality, availability, scalability, resiliency and performance of Fundslibrary cloud services via:
      • Automating the provisioning/release management steps
      • Ensuring the relevant quality gates are in place
      • Managing the release process (including performing proactive monitoring thereof)
    • Giving some oversight to the release management process for legacy on-premise solutions including making improvements to this whilst these are still used during our transition

    What we are looking for:

    Essential:

    • Working knowledge of build and deploy tools – ideally Azure DevOps
    • Working knowledge of public cloud systems – particularly Azure
    • Working knowledge of container platforms
    • Working knowledge of infrastructure and application monitoring tools
    • Working knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and ARM templates
    • Some basic knowledge of SQL and writing TSQL Queries
    • Some basic knowledge of Git or other SCM tools
    • 5+ years’ relevant technical and industry experience
