Maximise visibility for your new Fund

There are several different stages involved in the launch of a Fund, for example agreeing the aims and investment strategy and of course selecting the holdings. The next challenge is often getting this vital information released to the marketplace promptly and precisely.

For over 15 years the data experts here at FundsLibrary have been supporting the Asset Management industry with the collection, verification and distribution of their Fund data. We have a wealth of expertise and experience when it comes to the collection, management and distribution of Fund data and we distribute to many of the large platforms, including Hargreaves Lansdown, Aviva, and Fidelity. We understand the importance of data quality and therefore perform rigorous automated and manual checks pre-distribution to ensure that no anomalies are released.

In our initial data collection all that is required is basic information, which allows us to set up the Fund on our database. Secondly, we prioritise the collection and validation of the Key Regulatory Documents. In the third round we begin work on the collection of a range of other useful data.

Our Data Collection Process:

The collection process is tailored to each individual Asset Manager. We have built up a significant database which allows us to complete extensive checks and provide our clients with the comfort that their data is being distributed accurately to where it is needed, when it is needed.

The Platforms will have access to your data through our global distribution network as soon as the Fund has been activated.

Our data experts are on hand at all times to provide assistance throughout this process and going forward. We regularly provide valuable insight and analysis to our clients about the popularity of their Funds within their peer group and the wider Asset Management market in general.

We are proud to be able to support our clients and would be delighted to help you with any of your data distribution challenges. For more information please contact us on +44 117 980 9994 or by email.
