Q2 2018 Quarterly Values Awards
The leadership team announced quarterly Values Awards for Q1 of 2018 recognising individuals who contributed significantly during a very busy quarter as well as lived and breathed the business’ core values.
The quarter evidenced some key milestones for the business including an office move to a vibrant and contemporary environment and opening of the London office on the one hand. On the client side the achievement of delivering over 95% MiFID II OCF data coverage to 12 platform clients whilst supporting several hundred Asset Managers to distribute their data and the signing of three-year Solvency II contract with Sanlam.
Every one of the winners have demonstrated what it means to deliver a professional, high quality service with passion.

Scott is always willing to go over and above to benefit the wider team. He is proactive and very knowledgeable, always reliable when it comes to investigating issues and resolving them in a timely manner.

Lindsey has demonstrated continuous persistence when leading her scrum teams towards a more mature application of agile principles. She shows indefatigable spirit in pursuing what she knows to be right and of value to the business. She has stepped up to be more than just a Scrum Master and has embraced the role of Agile Coach for FundsLibrary.

Dickon is efficient, commercially aware, has excellent communication skills and is continuing to impress with his work on the Regulatory Services scrum team. He has implemented new concepts and seen through innovative ideas, which have only received positive feedback from our clients.
Consistently, Consistent – Katie
Incredibly dedicated and hardworking, Katie consistently delivers work which espouses the values of FundsLibrary. She led a very productive Solvency II User Group and demonstrates continuing and consistent excellent leadership of the Regulatory Services business line.
